Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have ongoing training for all of our staff in Assisted Living and Memory Care. We have licensed medication techs, certified nursing aids, wellness nurses and a nurse. We also have physician’s that come in house to help care for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We currently do fire drills and tornado drills. We also do hourly wellness checks on our residents in memory care and two hour checks in assisted living. We also have emergency pull cords in our apartments and pendants residents are able to wear.
Transition Support Services
We have a welcome committee at the community, as well as a Move-in Coordinator to assist with the transition into the community.
Transportation Services
We offer complementary transportation within a 10-mile radius of our community.
Dining Experience
We have restaurant quality dining. With culinary trained chef’s to help prepare our menus and our food. We have two in house pastry chefs, who prepares all of our pastries and desserts from scratch daily. We also do our best to use locally sourced produce to give our residents the freshest ingredients.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Any complaints can be made to any of our management team and our Executive Director. We also have a concern form families or residents can use.
Cost of Living
Our rates range depending on the level of care, and style of the apartment. I have attached our current rates to this email.
Communication with Residents' Families
We email our residents Power of Attorney updates on our community and send out memo’s to our current residents. For more specific information about residents we have the management team reach out to the family to discuss them specifically.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer a short term stay for our residents. The respite cost is 10% over market rent. The cost does range based on the level of care of each resident.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet friendly, there is a one-time $200 deposit and a $35 a month per pet. Pets are welcome as long as residents are able to care for them.
Waitlist Information
We do have a short waitlist in our assisted living community. We have availability in independent living and limited availability in memory care.
Vaccinations
We currently offer flu vaccinations in the community. We do not have the COVID boosters at this time.
Aging in Place
Residents are absolutely able to age in place. We are able to care of our residents through end of life.
