Introduction
We do currently have a wait list however availability is always changing so I recommend setting a tour if you are interested in order to see if we are a good fit for your loved one.
Our Team
Our team includes a Registered Nurse, LPNs, Caregivers, Chefs, Sous Chefs, Culinary Concierge, A Life Experience Team, Housekeepers, Laundry Aides, Maintenance and Administration. Each department receives training based on their area of expertise and their interactions with the residents in our community. The areas of training and education are vast so if you have direct questions in regards to a specialty/department please let me know.
Care Levels and Community Experiences
There are multiple care levels and community experiences to engage our residents and assist with their well being. Please review the information sent previously to see all of the care levels provided along with the associated costs.
Acclimating to the Community
We assist residents in acclimating to the community as we get to know their preferences. Some of this information is gathered from the paperwork we require pre admission and much is obtained from your loved one as we get to know them.
Transportation and Dining
We offer transportation to both activities outside of the community and for medical appointments on set days/time. Our culinary menu is distributed weekly with multiple alternates/substitutions to address different tastes. We have open dining hours three times a day in order to accommodate different schedules and fresh fruits and vegetables (individually wrapped) are available every evening near our hydration stations in our bistro area.
Complaints and Communication
Resident's are able to file a complaint with any staff member. The type of complaint determines who would address it and how it is addressed. Per state guidelines we contact the appropriate responsible party for changes in a resident's condition, medication changes and other items deemed of importance by staff. We also communicate via an engagement app to give updates on what activities your loved one is attending and other information related to the community (with the consent of the resident and/or their responsible party). Routine care conferences are offered to address concerns with any department and review residents care needs. We connect via phone, email and the app.
Respite Stays and Pet Policy
At this time we are not offering respite stays due to there not being availability in our building. We are a pet friendly facility.
Vaccination Clinics
Yes residents are able to get the Influenza, COVID 19, RSV and Pneumonia vaccines when we run our vaccine clinics. Clinics are set based on CDC recommendations for vaccines and as we have the need.
Aging in Place
Most residents are able to age in place in our community. There are however always exceptions. Please review our care levels in order to see the services offered along with time frames for what we are able to provide. We do currently have a wait list however availability is always changing so I recommend setting a tour if you are interested in order to see if we are a good fit for your loved one.
