Son unos ineptos, comenzando por el sr Felix. Urgentemente necesitamos que haga trámite administrativo y aun no lo hace hay una persona mayor que años que está en situación de calle, pasando penurias por culpa de la ineficiencia de él y sus secretarias, debe enviar una documentación y aún no la envÃa.
Felix has been the best manager at Vista400. It is really sad to see him go. He is missed already. I hope jmg and sage know the value of what they lost.
The place looks decent but the office does not answer the phone nor return any phone calls. I’ve left countless voicemails about mail they are sending to the incorrect address to give them the correct address and ask to resend the letter and have not received one call back.
Vista is a great community! The manager is so nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are great and the common areas are very clean. The service coordinator does an amazing job.
Management is just plain mean.
The condo does not have parking facility.
The ladies that work in the office have no knowledge of how to provide good customer service. They have snotty attitudes. And the tone that I heard them use with residents is not acceptable. As a visitor I was totally turned off.
