Level 1: up to 3.5 hrs/wk $525/month
Level 2: up to 7 hrs/wk $1,050/month
Level 3: up to 10.5 hrs/wk $1,575/month
Level 4: up to 14 hrs/wk $2,125/month
Level 5: up to 17.5 hrs/wk $2,650/month
Level 6: up to 21 hrs/wk $3,175/month
Level 7: up to 24.5 hrs/wk $3,725/month
Medication Management Rates:
Level I: up to 2 medication passes per day $425/month
Level 2: Three or more medication passes per day & assistance with special medications (ointments, eye drops, creams, nasal sprays) $575/month
Level 3: Medication management & assistance with Nebulizers, Oxygen, CPAP, injections- no sliding scale) $725/month

Comprehensive Living Options
There is a waitlist for the other options. When the residents make their rental payment each month, it includes three meals a day, transportation, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service, and all of our events and activities. If a resident requires care, the services are priced out separately based on individual needs. We have an open door policy for resident communication.
Short Term Respite Stays
We do offer short term respite stays. There is a minimum stay of one week, and it is $175 a day without care.
Pet Friendly Community
We are pet friendly and there is no pet fee. We have a 20lb weight limit.
Health and Wellness
Our residents enjoy the convenience of being able to get their vaccines here. We schedule a flu shot clinic once a year.
End of Life Care
Our residents can enjoy our community through end of life. We can provide assistance with services just short of skilled nursing. We work with hospice also.
