Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our staff includes an administration team, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, culinary staff, housekeepers, and maintenance staff. All employees undergo orientation and training in line with our policy procedures and state/community guidelines.
Safety and Well-being Measures
The entry to our community is always secured, with nursing aids and concierge providing 24-hour supervision. Safety checks are completed regularly, and residents are given pendants for emergency situations, ensuring prompt response and attendance throughout each shift.
Transition Support Services
We assist residents and/or their families during the application process, helping to gather any necessary documentation required for approval.
Transportation Services
Transportation is available on our community bus for leisure activities. For medical appointments with community physicians, staff coordinate with insurance for transportation. Residents seeing outside physicians are responsible for their own transportation arrangements.
Dining Experience
Meals are served daily in our dining room, with two seating times available for all meals. Substitutes are offered for any meal changes outside the main menu.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can report complaints to any staff member, with severe issues requiring a complaint form. These are reviewed by management and addressed by the appropriate department. Monthly town hall meetings also provide a platform for expressing concerns.
Cost of Living
Rent is income-based in our supportive living setting. Residents keep a $90 allowance from their monthly income, with those exceeding asset limits paying our private pay rate of approximately $4900.00.
Communication with Residents' Families
Families can contact any department anytime for updates on their loved one. The wellness department informs families of any condition or behavioral changes.

We do not offer short-term or respite stays.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations during our hosted clinics.
Aging in Place
We support residents by adding necessary services, such as hospice or home health, to meet their needs. If a resident's care needs exceed our capabilities, we assist in finding appropriate placement. The Victory Centre of Roseland currently has no waitlist and many openings.
