Staff Training and Background Checks
Our staff undergo training every month on various topics during our staff meetings. Before employment, all staff members are thoroughly background checked and fingerprinted.
Resident Assessment and Care Planning
Before admitting any residents, they are assessed by our Nurse to create a personalized care plan. This plan is shared with the staff to ensure everyone is prepared for the new resident's needs.
Pre-Move-In Options
Potential residents have the opportunity to tour the facility, participate in an activity, or join a meal before moving in. This helps them get a feel for the community and its operations.
Transportation and Outings
While we offer a company bus for activity outings, we do not provide transportation to appointments.
Dining Options
Residents can choose to eat in our dining room or in their own rooms. Our menus are set monthly, but alternative options are available upon request.
Addressing Complaints
Residents are encouraged to voice any complaints to the staff, and management will work diligently to find a solution.
Cost of Living and Communication
The cost of living details were provided in the last email. Our receptionist also makes weekly calls to families to update them on facility happenings. For medical needs or overarching concerns, we have dedicated coordinators and an executive director available.
Rent and Respite Stays
Rent is charged on a monthly basis, and we accommodate respite stays. Details on costs were included in the previous email.
Pet Policy
While we generally do not allow pets, exceptions can be made under certain conditions. An additional fee applies, and the resident must be capable of caring for their pet independently.
Availability and Waitlist
Currently, we do not have a waitlist and have several rooms available.
Health Workshops
Annually, we conduct COVID and Flu workshops, offering vaccinations for residents who wish to receive them.
Aging in Place
Our facility supports aging in place, providing care across all levels as needed by our residents.
Our Facilities and Services
We have 2 different buildings. One is an assisted living and the other is a memory care. Our pricing is pretty inclusive. The pricing you see in this email will include laundry, housekeeping, 3 meals a day along with snacks, help with any care the resident may need, and daily activities that include outings on our company bus. We also have doctors that come right to the building along with podiatry services. We have a salon in both buildings with a stylist that comes weekly for any haircut needs.
