Second Resident – Assisted Living $650 per month
In addition to the above rent, a Health Service package ranging from 1 to 6 (starting at $400.00) based on a nursing assessment will be required. A Health Service Package will be required for a second resident as well.
HEALTH SERVICE LEVELS
One of our registered nurses will complete an assessment of your needs to determine the best level of care.
Beginning at Level 1, you receive a daily safety check, monthly nurse visit and wellness review, an emergency pendant and we maintain an individual health record that includes a current medication listing. Levels 2-6 may include assistance with bathing, personal care services, medication administration, medication management, and healthcare monitoring.

- Level 2 $1,100 per month
- Level 3 $1,900 per month
- Level 4 $2,900 per month
- Level 5 $3,800 per month
- Level 6 $5,000 per month

There are some needs and services that are not included in our standard Health Service Levels. Should your assessment determine you require these services, one or more of our Enhanced Care Levels may be added to your services package.
