We implement rigorous measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. These include regular safety drills, 24/7 on-site security, and health monitoring protocols to provide a secure and comfortable environment for everyone in our community.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents' transition into our community, we offer an orientation meeting for our Assisted Living Residents and a meeting with our Resident Services manager. Additionally, we collect special interests paperwork prior to moving in to introduce new residents to activities and fellow residents with similar interests.
Transportation Services
University Village provides scheduled transportation to doctor’s appointments and weekly trips to various locations such as Kohls and Walmart, ensuring our residents have access to essential services and recreational shopping.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes three meals a day, seven days a week, with a hot grill available from 11 to 3 for those who desire an alternative to our expansive lunch bar. Meals are served through a lunch line, and a server will assist in serving you at your table, ensuring a pleasant dining experience with table service.
