Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have 24/7 Caregivers/CNA’S/LPN’S/MED TECHS—They do an in-house company orientation as well as Relias computer training to be completed prior to them getting on the floor. A TB shot is required as well as a Level 2 Background.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Care Staff 24/7, LPN 24/7… we have grab bars in the bathroom, alert buttons in bathrooms, and a pendant/watch is given to each resident upon moving in to the community that they are to press when assistance is needed. We also will call 911 in the event of the nurse doing an assessment and if he/she feels it is necessary.
Transition Support Services
Yes, we are set up with a few companies that help assist with this.
Transportation Services
Tuesday and Thursday doctor appointment transportation, transportation to outside events that are on the monthly calendar.
Dining Experience
It is ALL day dining… 7am to 6:30pm a resident can come down and order a meal from the dedicated dining room staff.

Grievance forms are filled out and given to the Executive Director to handle.

Stay Away! This place is a "smoke and mirrors" They are in severe financial crisis! They just defaulted on $35M. The owners Larry and Janet Pino are unprofessional, nasty and uncaring. If I could give the Memory Care facility less than 1 star , I would. This place is filthy. You immediately smell urine as soon as you walk into the vestibule, before entering the actual Memory Care area. Things of my mothers constantly went missing.And over the last 3 months my mother was not being bathed properly and smelled very badly. I even complained as high up as The VP of operations. The management sees nothing wrong with the state of the facility and nothing is going to change here. So, after 8 months of complaints and hoping they would do the right things to fix their issues, I moved my mom. Note- if you have complaints about a facility in Fl, also send information AS IT IS HAPPENING to ACHA . ACHA did an inspection of the facility and found it to be “in limits” of their guidelines. It is amazing to me what is within their guidelines. Wow!
STAY AWAY! If you care anything about your parent or loved one, stay away from this dreadful facility. It is a “smoke and mirror” hell hole! It is run by #nasty Nancy Meridith. (Nurse Ratchet) and the lawyer owner who uses “Dr” but has no medical training, and his wife who only cares about her own mother and the money they collect each month. They are all horrific people including the totally inept supervisor Cindy Campbell #pinospet. They are all just mean, nasty and do not care about patients at all. Absolutely no compassion. They also constantly lie to “cover their mistakes” I have emails to prove this…. My mother was not bathed nor her hair washed for over a week till she smelled, she was dropped by staff, and needed to go to the hospital, her teeth were lost her first week, the food is dreadful and the staff are all mean and nasty and nobody smiles. I could go on and on…. There is always a “help wanted” Sign outside because staff does not want to even work there. I sent my mother flowers every Friday, I asked #nastynancymerideth if someone on staff could change the water on Wednesday. NASTY NANCY TOLD ME NO! “We don’t have staff to do that” When I visited, I personally witnessed aides putting Residents in front of The TV and they were on their phones playing video games YUP! If you care anything about your loved one, keep them away from this place #larrypinosdeathcamp Please! Just stay away. Feel free to contact me for more details. Fortunately, my mother got out of this hell hole alive! Stay away and please get your loved one out from this and all of PINO’s death camps! He is only interested in collecting rent! You have been warned! They all know that every word is TRUE
