Welcome to Treeo
Here at Treeo we are fortunate to have very talented, supportive, and friendly staff. We are also fortunate to have a very friendly, welcoming, diverse group of residents. We offer our residents an all-inclusive, maintenance free lifestyle so that they can enjoy their retirement years. Residents are free to come and go 24/7.
Our Services
Our monthly rent includes two meals daily, bi-weekly housekeeping and linen service, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, staff available 24 hours a day in-case of emergency, scheduled transportation, in-apartment washer and dryer, unlimited use of activity areas, maintenance, TreeoConnect.com access, WiFi, cable TV, and all utilities except telephone.
Safety Features
One of our safety features is our daily check-in system. Residents must press the button in their apartment every morning that lets us know they are okay. If they have not done so by a certain time, we will give them a ring, or go physically come check on them to make sure everything is okay.
Dining Experience
Breakfast is served buffet style and dinner is served restaurant style, seated, handed a menu, with 8+ entrée options to choose from. Lunch is available for purchase with 8+ entrée options to choose from.
Addressing Concerns
Please let our General Manager know about any concerns immediately. We can’t fix them if we do not know what is going on. We also have a monthly resident meeting where residents can voice any concerns they have as well.
Cost of Living
This will depend on the size unit your loved one is looking for. For what we currently have available, it ranges from $3480 to $4900.
Communication with Families
Being Independent Living, residents have control over who they choose to share their information with. The residents receive an iPad when they move in with our TreeoConnect app. This app allows residents to see what’s on the menu, what’s going on for the day, etc. Residents have the option of granting their loved ones access to this. We will send out important community updates through this app as well.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We are a month-to-month community.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a 30 pound max and a monthly $50 pet fee.
Waitlist Information
For certain style units, yes, we currently have a waitlist.
Vaccinations
Yes, residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community as we have onsite clinics.
Aging in Place
Yes, Treeo has established local partnerships to offer home health and rehabilitation services, so whether they need a little help now or down the road, they’re covered. Residents can choose from the home health, hospice, PT/OT company of their choice.
