Overview of Professionals and Training
We staff with personal care assistants, medical technicians, certified nursing assistants, and a licensed practical nurse. In addition, our management team has worked in the senior industry field for 5-35 years. All staff complete a specific Cadence training/orientation in addition to 80 hours of training if they work in memory care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Staff/Visitors/Residents sign in and sign out at the front door. A concierge staffs the front desk from 9 am -6 pm. All doors are locked at sunset. Cameras are in use outside and inside the building. We use a pendant/pager system for residents to call for staff for specific needs. All staff go through a rigorous background check.

Dining Experience
Honestly Alex, there are many details that make our dining experience one of the best. From multiple choices of homecooked entrees and sides, to an inviting dining room, we are meticulous about our meals and dining experience. Let’s discuss this in person when you come to visit.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Communication is open and honest between residents, their family, staff, and management. In particular, residents talk with their care staff, the nurse or other members of management.
Cost of Living
For assisted living, the base rate starts at $3900 and increases based on the style of room. A care level is added to that base rate. The nurse completes an assessment to determine the level of care. Care levels for assisted living start at $625. For memory care, the base rate starts at $3500 and care levels start at $2125.
Communication with Residents' Families
As shared before, our management team are veterans of the senior industry and understand the importance of communication. Families have several of the managers’ personal cell phone numbers. We communicate by phone, text, and emails. We also use an app called CareMerge to notify our families of events and announcements.
Short-term or Respite Stays
If we had rooms available, we could offer respite but we are usually full. I have not offered a respite in a few years.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we have residents with cats and dogs. The resident needs to be able to care for the animal. Residents in memory care do not have animals. Animals are free to visit.
