Welcome to Our Independent Living Community
We are an Independent Living Community with an all-inclusive month to month rent. I’ve attached our brochure information for your review which provides the pricing and additional details on the services we provide at our community.
Resident Support and Transition
We have a Resident Life Director who helps our residents and families navigate the various options and resources available to support our residents to age in place through the years. In regards to your question about how our residents are supported in their transition to our community, we have an Ambassador team of residents who help our new residents settle in (they go with them to their first meal, activity, etc.) in addition to our staff supporting their transition. There is also a homecare agency on-site that our residents can hire to support their transition here if they need additional support above what our residents and staff provide.
Safety Features
There are pull cords in the apartments and there is always a staff member on-site to handle emergencies as well as a live-in manager on-site for overnight emergencies. We also offer pendant alarms.
Dining Services
We serve two meals a day in the dining room and a continental breakfast is available in our fireside lounge. In our dining room, we have buffet-style as well as the option to be served at your table.
Feedback and Concerns
There are several ways our residents can voice any concerns with us. They can share their concerns with any of our staff members from our Executive Director to our front-line staff who will ensure any concern brought to them is addressed. Each of our departments also have a monthly meeting with the residents to review any questions, concerns and feedback they may have.
Health and Safety Measures
We have had flu and covid clinics offered on-site. In regards to respite stays, we are month-to month so the shortest amount of time a resident would be securing an apartment here would be for a month at a minimum and we do not provide furniture.
Pet Policy
We do allow pets; small dogs, cats and birds.
