A One-Time Community Fee of $3,500 for all apartments will be collected as a Deposit Fee when you have selected an apartment. This fee is 100% refundable up until the time you sign the lease. At the time of lease signing, this fee becomes the One-Time Community Fee and is then non-refundable.
