Amenities and Services
All apartments are equipped with a washer and dryer in the apartment. Included in your rent, we offer transportation to/from doctors’ appointments within a 10-mile radius of our community. We don’t have a buy-in, however, we require a $2500 community fee upon move-in.
Town Village: Independent Living Community
Town Village is an independent living community located in beautiful Leawood Kansas. We provide two healthy, nutritious meals daily which are included in your monthly rent. We also include bi-weekly housekeeping and linen change plus Wi-Fi, sewer, water, electricity, and trash removal.
We have a refreshing indoor saltwater pool, billiard table, fitness center, card rooms, hair salon/barber shop, puzzles galore, covered parking and library. We also provide emergency response pendants and have staff available around the clock.
