Overview of Staff and Training
TowerLight’s staff are part of Ebenezer/Fairview, undergoing extensive training through the Fairview system before starting. Our team includes 4 nurses and 2 LPNs, with the LPNs having been with us since the building first opened 11 years ago. Additionally, Bluestone Physicians regularly visit with their doctor group.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, TowerLight offers weekly outings, live music, social hours, games, and free transportation within a 7-mile radius for up to 4 trips/month through My Car on Call. Our base Assisted Living package includes safety checks, laundry services, housekeeping, and more. We also provide assistance with activities of daily life, such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and medication.
Transition Support Services
We offer the support of resident ambassadors to help new residents integrate into the community, providing a welcoming and friendly environment.
Transportation Services
In addition to the services mentioned above, we organize trips to the arboretum, restaurants, and weekly shopping trips to Target, Lunds, Cub, etc.
Dining Experience
Our Director of Culinary services, coming from Spoon and Stable, and his staff offer an amazing dining experience. A sample menu from last month is available for review.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
If a resident has a complaint or issue, we arrange a care conference to discuss and address their concerns.
Cost of Living
The cost varies by apartment and care level. Currently, a one-bedroom apartment is priced at $3,040/month. Pricing sheets for Independent/Assisted Living are available upon request.
