Three Oaks Health Services has been serving Marshfield and surrounding communities since 2005. Our priority is to provide quality care and quality of life to our residents in a safe and engaging environment.
We offer comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services to our short-term and long-term residents. We also provide outpatient therapy services. We feature 38 private rooms for our short-term rehabilitation patients. In addition, our cozy 24 bed memory care unit serves residents with various diagnosis of dementia, including Alzheimer’s. Our dedicated staff and team culture assist our residents in developing care plans that fit their individual, person centered healthcare needs.
We also offer a variety of life enriching activities including art and craft, games, outings in the community, and special events such as guest speakers and musical performances. Our library and lounges afford space for residents to relax or socialize. We offer an onsite salon with professional stylist and many other conveniences to support individual lifestyle and needs.
We are located in a quiet setting on the north edge of Marshfield next to the Hamus Nature Preserve and Recreation Area.
