Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No, we do not at this time.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have nurses, CAN’s, Med Tech, and CNAs. They all go through state-required training before they can begin working here.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have a concierge here from 7 AM to 7 PM, and our doors lock at 7. To enter, you must call the nurses' station. Everyone signs in and out at a checkpoint at the front desk. We also do rounds every 2 hours in Memory Care and every 3 hours in Assisted Living.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have resident ambassadors that assist new residents with familiarization of our community. They tour the building, go over activities, and dine together.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we do.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have all-day dining from 7 AM to 7 PM. Our residents eat when they are hungry! Breakfast is made to order, and you can order it any time of day. Lunch and dinner offer a salad, 2 soup options, 2 entrees, and 2 sides, as well as dessert. We also have an Everyday menu, should one not care for the menu options.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Any complaints or issues would be handled by our Executive Director here, she has been here for 7 years.
What is the cost of living in your community?

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
This is more of a nursing question, it depends on if the resident has a POA, etc.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do. Memory Care is $190/day, Assisted is $170/day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, they are.
