Our team includes a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, CNA's, and Med Techs, all of whom have the necessary education, licensures, and experience for their positions.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with 24/7 licensed nursing staff, attending physicians, and on-site rehabilitation services.
Transition Support Services
Our Ambassador program aids residents during their transition, providing orientation and dedicated time with each director to ensure a smooth adjustment.
Transportation Services
We offer van rides within a 10-mile radius for free, with a small fee of $2 per mile thereafter.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is casual yet refined, with open seating, table service, and an executive chef ensuring a fine dining experience.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Operational issues are directed to the concierge, who will escalate them as needed. Medical issues are expedited through the Director of Nursing, with residents having a pendant to call caregivers.
Cost of Living
Rates are provided during the touring process, with an increase to 2024 rates starting April 1st.
Communication with Residents' Families
Family members receive email contacts for our leadership team and can communicate with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, caregivers, and med techs regarding their loved ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays of 30/60/90 days, with rates available during the touring process.

Our community welcomes cats, dogs, and birds, offering pet concierge services through our Leash on Life program.

With Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care options on the same property, residents can age in place. We currently have availability in Assisted and Independent Living, but our Inspiritas and Memory Care community has a waiting list.
The Wellington at Lake Manassas Community Overview
The Wellington at Lake Manassas is a private Community specializing in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care -Inspiritás. The Wellington offers a continuum of care on the premises so that our residents can have peace of mind knowing that they may age-in-place without having to worry about moving again.
Additionally, there is no buy-in, endowment or long-term lease requirement. All of our Resident Agreements are month-to-month rentals so short-term, or Respite stays are possible for those who just want to "try it out" first or need temporary accommodations for other reasons. Additionally, all amenities are included in the monthly rates such as three delicious meals, all utilities (including telephone, cable and Wi-Fi), housekeeping, 24/7 licensed nursing staff, attending physicians, on-site rehabilitation, fitness center, linen service, laundry, chauffer service, scheduled van transportation, life enrichment and recreational programs and much more.
