Senior Living Apartments Features
All of our Senior Living (Independent/Assisted Living) apartments have full size kitchens and washer/dryers in them. The size of the apartments range from a cozy studio to a spacious two bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Included in our Senior Living Rental Rates is a monthly $375 allocation to our Waters Restaurant where our residents enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals, weekly light housekeeping, a notification pendant, daily I’m OK checks, and all utilities including community Wi-Fi & basic HD cable (excludes phone). Our residents enjoy a range of activities from morning exercise class to outing such as plays, museums, and concerts.
Assisted Living Services
When there is a need for Assisted Living Services, our residents do not move! They stay put in their apartments and we provide those services to them there, in their home. Our Director of Health and Wellbeing will do an assessment to help determine what those services are, then we simply add those services, “ala carte”. No crazy point systems, just straight forward pricing! Our Age in Place Model gives us the freedom to add & drop nursing services to suit our resident’s needs without having to move.
