Assisted Living Services Pricing
At The Waters, we provide supportive care, engaging activities, and a wide range of support to promote well-being. You will enjoy peace of mind knowing that our health & well-being teams are on-site at all times. Each resident has access to building a relationship with a licensed nurse in order to help achieve optimal health & well-being.
Assessment and Care Planning:
Prior to receiving Assisted Living services with The Waters, you will meet with one of our Registered Nurses for enrollment. Assisted Living enrollment includes various clinical assessments and prior medical history. In addition, our Active Life team members will meet with you to discuss your personal likings and historical preferences around activities. Together, this will allow us to create a Customized Service Plan reflective of your needs and wishes so that every day is your “best” day.
Health & Well-being Care Coordination:
We’ll coordinate your care and communicate your medical needs to family members, doctors, therapists, labs and others. The following are included in your monthly fee:
- Scheduled nursing hours and on-call staff consultation; nurse liaison with health care professionals
- Care conferences regarding your health & well-being are offered as needed by a licensed nurse
- Nurse coordination of laboratory requests
- Nurse maintenance of clinical health records and ongoing assessments as required by the state of Minnesota
- A $370/month fee is required if you are utilizing scheduled Waters Assisted Living Services
