FAQs About Our Community
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Not for Assisted Living. We also have 4 homes on our campus, and there is a waitlist for them.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We partner with a number of professionals in the area to assist with services such as moving companies and pack and move resources, for example.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We offer scheduled transportation.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We offer 3 meals a day in our beautifully appointed dining room. There is a menu for breakfast, a new entrée to choose from for lunch and dinner, and then an always available menu with additional options.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? They would work with the community’s Executive Director, first. We also provide all new move-ins with our community resource guide which lists out numbers of social service organizations if you need to reach out to them.
What is the cost of living in your community? Monthly rent starts at $5,320 and it depends on the size of the apartment and the level of care.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Open door policy with any questions or concerns about care needs. We do care plans when there is a change in condition and at a minimum 2x a year. We also utilize a program called Lifeloop which allows residents, families, and staff to communicate, view activity calendars/attendance, submit work orders, and more!
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Respite stay depends on availability. Our minimum stay is typically 1 month. Cost depends on the size apartment you would be in.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? I will have to get back to you on this one.
Are residents able to age in place? Depends on the care needs. We are an assisted living community. You are able to bring hospice services in if need be.
