We do not currently have a waitlist
We have a full staff and all managers and staff undergo regular educational meeting as well as any training required by our company and or state.
We have 24 hour concierge coverage as well as daily check on residents options they can select when they move in.
We have a wonderful dining experience for our residents and all 3 meals are included in the monthly rent pricing as well as an always available menu.
If a resident has an issue or a complaint they can go to the executive director or the manager of that department for resolve.
I have attached the price sheet for you to review this explains all cost to join and live at the community.
We are an independent community
However, if a resident has a fall or a change in care needs we will contact the persons listed for emergency if needed and we have onsite home care and therapy for our residents as well.
We do not offer short term respite stays
We are a pet friendly community
We do have vaccine clients
Residents can age in place if they utilize the home care and therapy when it is needed.
