Independent Living and Assisted Living Availability
Currently, we do not have a waitlist for Independent living. We do have a wait list for Assisted living.
Independent Living Costs and Amenities
Independent Living starts at $3,710.00 for our Studio. Included with the rent is weekly housekeeping, breakfast and 1 additional meal, transportation, garage parking spot if needed, M W F social “cocktail” hour, 24-hour safety alert, and life enrichment Activities. You must have a key or be let in after hours.
Dining Experience
Our chef and staff offer home-cooked meals every day. She will meet with residents with dietary restrictions. There are always multiple alternative options to the daily entrée.
Resident Concerns and Pet Policy
Our residents come to us if they have any concerns that need to be addressed. We are a pet-friendly building. We do not offer respite care.
