Assisted Living Costs and Services
If your loved one came to our Assisted Living in a one-bedroom apartment it would start out at $4,585. (Monthly Fee + Care Level 1) This includes weekly housekeeping, daily trash service, 2 loads of laundry + flat linens weekly per resident, 3 meals daily, activities and all utilities except for phone. (NOTE: Medication management and bathing would most likely be Care Level 2 or 3 and an additional $200. The Views of Marion utilizes Right Dose Pharmacy.)
If our residents require Skilled Care, it could be covered for a period of time through Medicare and/or their Supplement Coverage. If it turns out to be a long-term nursing home care stay our daily rate is $357/per day.
New Rates Effective Immediately for New Move-Ins and Beginning January 1, 2023:
RidgeView
- One Bedroom 520 s.f. $4,185 per month
- Two Bedroom 854 s.f. $5,180 per month
- Second Occupant $1,000 per month + Service Level
Service Fee Levels:
- Level 1- (up to 13 points) $400
- Level 2- (14-19 points) $500
- Level 3- (20-26 points) $600
- Level 4- (27-39 points) $700
MeadowView
- Studio 267 s.f. $7,075 per month
- Connected Studio/Double Occupancy $7,075 per month plus $3,500 second person fee per month
OakView
- Private Studio 267 s.f. $357.00 per day
A move in date will be determined following an assessment by our Assisted Living Director for both RidgeView and MeadowView. The $500.00 security deposit will be refunded if tenant does not meet occupancy criteria or your circumstances or interest change before move-in. Upon move-in, the $500 security deposit will be credited toward the tenant’s one-time community fee of $2,500.00.

Overview of Staff and Training
We utilize a 3rd party, and our staff is required to complete online CE Solutions as well as being mentored on the floor by our tenured staff.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a licensed facility and follow our state guidelines and infection control requirements. Our building is secure, and we have cameras throughout the building.
Resources for Residents' Transition
We do not offer financial promotions. However, we do recommend 3rd parties that can support with the transition should the resident/families elect to utilize their services.
Transportation Services
We provide scheduled transportation on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. IF feasible we have tried to support on Tuesday and Thursday. (Special and isolated circumstances only.)
Dining Experience
We provide 3 daily meals, and traditional menus that are geared towards comfort food options. In addition, we offer an ala carte menu, snacks, and special Executive Chef prepared events.
Resident Complaints and Issues
We prefer the family and/or residents express their concerns with our community management. However, if they feel it needs to be reviewed outside of our community, we provide the necessary professional contact information in our residency agreements.
Cost of Living
Cost varies based on levels of care and acute health care needs.
Communication with Residents' Families
We offer routine care conferences as well as immediate updates if there’s a change in one’s healthcare conditions.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We can offer short-term stays at our current rates. We require a minimum of 14 days.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community. Pets are allowed to reside in our Assisted Living Apartments if their owners can care for them.
Waitlist Information
We have a waiting list. It is a $500 deposit which is applied towards our one-time community fee of $2,500. This fee is refundable.
