Review Summary
The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.
The Terraces at Los Altos receives a variety of positive reviews highlighting the complete range of services, the welcoming and interesting community of residents, and the attentive and professional staff. Many reviewers express satisfaction with the medical and rehabilitation services, noting quick and effective responses to health issues, and a high level of care during recovery processes. The staff's communication, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic, is frequently praised for keeping families informed and connected.
Residents and their families appreciate the varied menus, pleasant outings, and in-house activities that contribute to a fulfilling living experience. The community is described as a big happy family, where suggestions for improvements are considered and implemented, enhancing the sense of safety and comfort. The facility itself is noted for its beauty, and the emphasis on leading an active life is appreciated by those who find mobility challenging.
However, there is a critical review concerning the management and parent company, describing them as heartless and inept, and suggesting that the care provided does not justify the costs. This review stands in contrast to the otherwise positive feedback about the community's atmosphere and the quality of care.
Overall, The Terraces at Los Altos is highly recommended by most reviewers for its comprehensive services, caring staff, and vibrant community, making it a considered choice for those seeking senior living options.
