Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our care staff consist of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and medication technicians – they all undergo CPR training and state-specific training to maintain their certifications.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
The state requires safety checks on each resident every 2 hours in adult care homes. We also offer hour and 30-minute checks to try and prevent as many falls as possible.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Julie, our administrator, and Sunny, our resident care coordinator, are available to answer any questions and/or discuss any concerns that you may have upon move in. They both have years of personal and professional experience working with older adults, bedside nursing, operations, the disease process of dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc. The medication technician on duty also has a cell phone that you're able to call/text 24/7.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, transportation services to and from doctor's appointments are complimentary within a 10 mile radius.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Three meals a day are provided in our restaurant-style dining room. Residents fill out specialty menus the evening before and are served their meals by servers.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

What is the cost of living in your community?
Our base rate is $5,970/month.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Julie and Sunny are frequently communicating with residents' family members because we're such a small community. We use Nxtgen Care as our emergency call bell system (please see attached flyer). It tracks a resident's location, meal attendance, activity attendance, interaction times with other residents and staff, how often they pushed their pendant, for what reasons, response times, how far away the staff were when they cleared the alert, etc. All families have access to the Nxtgen Care reports. The medication technician on duty also has a cell phone that you're able to call/text 24/7.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays?
Yes, but our minimum length of stay is 30 days. How much does this cost? Pricing remains the same.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
No
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
