Assisted Living and Memory Care Services
While we offer both assisted living and memory care, we do have people living in our assisted living community who are very much independent. However, when and if needed, we can provide personal care while remaining in the same apartment. We are proud to say that this is how our residents age in place without the burden of making another move. If memory care services are needed, we will continue to evaluate when the appropriate timing is for a move into our memory care.
Personalized Care Plans
Our levels of care are determined by a comprehensive evaluation by our on-staff nurse. She works closely with the resident(s), families, and your personal physician to ensure that we are providing the most appropriate care to each individual so that they may maintain their independence and quality of life. We feel that quality care in a supportive environment and your safety is the most important service we can provide.
Memory Care Services
Our Memory Care flat rates include both the basic services rates and up to 45 points of care. There are separate levels of care once a resident reaches past 45 care points. We can go into further detail on how our assessments and service plans calculate care points and what determines the costs associated with them. They do fluctuate over time and our nurse(s) re-assesses each resident 30 days after moving in, quarterly and for any change of conditions.
Availability and Waitlist
Depending on what type of apartment you are looking for, we do have a waitlist. However, we mainly have openings every month. Primarily in assisted living, memory care stays full.
