The Seasons did a phenomenal job caring for my Dad. The staff from the Director, China West, to all the care givers are extremely caring and kind. The food is really quite good, the facility is clean and bright. While it's been very difficult with COVID, the management used care and common sense to keep the families in contact, and the residents safe. Thank you for making my Dad's last year and a half as good as possible.
The Seasons is a phenomenal assisted living and memory care community! The staff there are all top notch and provide such loving, compassionate and supportive care to the people who live there. I have referred many families to Jessica over there and she has never once disappointed!
They seem to be avoiding taking care of my grandparents when they don’t think my mom will be in to check. My grandfather with mobility issues is supposed to have an attendant help him to bed in the evening last night he had to crawl over and into bed. They say it’s a staffing issue and they didn’t have enough staff this week. If things improve I’ll update my rating but if there are to many more incidents we will just go ahead and move them to a place that will actually provide an appropriate and professional level of care.
