Overview of Professionals and Training
We hire QMAPS and caregivers. Most of our staff have worked in different communities so they know how to provide the care to our residents. We also offer training to new staff on how to care for residents and what their daily tasks will be.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Each resident is given a call light button. If they need assistance at any time they can push that button for help. We also do 2-hour checks on our residents. Care staff will have specific tasks for each individual residents to fit their needs.
Resources for Transitioning Residents
Our Marketing team follows closely for 2 weeks for all new move in to make sure they are transitioning well. We also have our life enrichment team step in to get them more involved in the community and feel comfortable through the transition.
Transportation Services
We offer medical transportation to all residents on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Dining Experience
We have a dining room for assisted living and memory support. Dining is like being served at a nice restaurant. A server will come and take your order and bring it to you. We have a set menu for the week but if the resident is not wanting that we have an al la carte menu. Room delivery is also available.
Handling Complaints and Issues
We have concern forms that residents/family can fill out. They will be addressed immediately.
Cost of Living
Assisted living 1 bedroom is $4,830. Studio is $4,095 and we charge for level of care which can range from $550-$1525. Memory Care is all inclusive – Studio is $6,825 and a shared room is $5,200.
Communication with Residents' Families
You can contact our Health and Wellness coordinator at any time to get updates on your loved one. If there is a fall or change of condition you will be notified right away. We also have family council and individual care meetings with families.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We currently do not offer Respite stays due to our Census being so high. Typically, a respite stay would be $180/daily for a minimum of 30 days.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.
Waitlist Information
We currently only have a 1 bedroom in assisted living available. So, there is a waitlist for our studios. We do not have a wait list in memory support.
