We would like to share with you about our exciting community in Colorado Springs. People immediately recognize the benefits of living at Revel. We have designed a resort style community with an emphasis on personalizing those lifestyle choices customized for active and engaged adults. We have attached a cost comparison sheet for you to look at what you currently spend and what is included in our apartment community.
Refined Independent Living
Revel Province is refined independent living for active adults 55 years old and up. We offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartment floor plans with full gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, customized closets and beautiful finishes. However, what sets us apart are pleasing social spaces for you to enjoy with family and friends.
We offer the flexibility of month-to-month rent; no buy-in is required.
You receive one statement monthly. Our monthly rates include:
- Delicious chef-prepared meals in restaurant style seating.
- All utilities, including air conditioning, trash removal, water, basic cable, WIFI and internet. Phone not included.
- Housekeeping service in your apartment once a week.
- Lifestyle programs seven days a week.
- Complimentary Transportation including Lyft transportation when necessary.
- On-site maintenance available.
- 24-hour Concierge services.
