Why Choose The Piedmont
I chose The Piedmont for a few reasons. One is we have the highest accreditation in the industry! All our communities are accredited by CARF, which is part of Health and Human services and has 1600 points in order to pass, only one other community in Atlanta holds this accreditation and it’s a “buy-in” where you need to pay around $500k-$1Mk.
Second, the company is owned by the same gentleman who began it 35 years ago, and most of the staff both corporate as well as within this community, have been here since the beginning. One of the problems I ran into with my mom’s first two communities, was that they were owned by a huge entity and there was constant turnover, and this badly affected the staff and the care my mother received as well as the food and activities etc.
Also, our company, SRG, is a leader in the industry, we’ve been the first to implement some things that other communities have since replicated, and we are always innovating. Recently we are the first community in the country to introduce RTM, remote therapeutic monitoring, as just another way we can provide state-of-the-art care for our residents.
It’s hard to convey everything we have to offer so I would love to have you come in and join me for lunch, dinner, happy hour, or just to have a tour and chat, so you can experience it firsthand, as looking at an information brochure does not complete the picture and we are very unique.
