Training and Staff
Our staff undergoes training as caregivers. Every employee is required to complete an extensive dementia training per Phoenix policy and continue learning via our own Phoenix University.
We are fully staffed and check on residents throughout the day and night. We have a Wellness Director who is an RN and our Executive Director is an RN by trade too! Our community is locked and we give families/residents key fobs for entry.
Healthcare and Resources
Yes, we do offer many resources including Psychiatric care, outside hospice and home care agencies that provide additional care when needed. Our therapy department is through Fox Rehab.
Transportation and Meals
Yes, we have a community bus that offers transport for activities and by appointment for other needs.
Our dining room serves 3 fresh meals per day. Breakfast is made to order! We have staff that attend to residents and serve them in the dining room.
Communication and Feedback
All complaints/issues are encouraged to be discussed and resolved by the correct department. We keep open communication to make sure each person feels valued and heard.
Costs and Care Plans
3k community fee and monthly rent rates starting at 4300. Care levels are additional. Each resident has a care plan tailored to their needs.

We update with any changes at the time of the change. We have Lifeloop where families can find out what is going on in the community and specifically with their loved one.
Respite Stays and Amenities
We do offer respite stays in a fully furnished studio apartment. 225$ per day for AL, 250$ per MC
