VERY IMPRESSIVE!! The Phoenix at Hammond does not look like your typical assisted living facility. It feels like a luxurious home & they treat their residents like family. My father in law has not smiled this much in years!! The staff at the Phoenix goes over and beyond to make him and his family members feel right at home and give their residents the best care. During and after Hurricane Ida, the director & staff did not leave their residents’ side. There is always something planned for the residents to do and my father in law looks forward to every meal. The food is amazing! We enjoy visiting my father in law and making many happy memories! The Vicaro’s highly recommend the Phoenix at Hammond to anyone searching for an assisted living facility.
