Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer respite stays which we refer to as trials for a minimum of 3 months. Cost would depend on the style apartment and furnishing if needed.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Scheduled transportation is included for visits to area doctors’ offices, supermarkets, shopping malls, group outings, and houses of worship. (Private limousine service can be arranged for a fee through our concierge.)
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We are a pet friendly community, as long as the resident is able to take care of their pet or hire a pet walker.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
The Palace has its own Pharmacy called “CareOne” which provides residents options to have Covid and Flu vaccinations administered here in the community.
Are residents able to age in place?
Our residents can age in place… however we do not offer memory care at this location. However, The Palace has 3 other locations that can provide. We work with every family individually to provide the best care and options when they need it.

The hallmark of grand hotels and resorts is fine dining, and here, at The Palace, it is the highlight of every day and evening. From continental breakfast to afternoon happy hour, from a beautiful luncheon to a savory gourmet dinner, The Palace chefs and staff are proud to have been selected by the National Association of Home Builders in Las Vegas in 2014 as the best in America and are available to cater to all your preferences.
We have a waitlist for certain apartments, so once again it would depend on what type of apartment you are looking for. However, we do tend to stay rather full.
