From its humble beginnings founded in 1956 by Roy and Nelle Windham, The Oaks began providing nursing care services for one resident in The Windham’s home in the rural country setting of Marshallville, GA. Today, The Oaks is considered Middle Georgia’s premier nursing facility with 60 skilled nursing/rehab/memory care beds, 12 private personal care rooms, and 3 independent living apartments to make up a complete continuum care community.

    Along with providing quality, professional care, The Oaks offers residents an excellent in-house therapy program that includes physical, speech and occupational therapy. Whether you need assistance recovering from a short-term illness/injury or are in need of long-term nursing medical attention in a loving environment, The Oaks has the ability to provide personalized treatment plans and services for a wide variety of resident needs.
