A one-time entrance fee reserves the available suite of your choice. The entrance fee is not applied to any suite rate and is refundable in the event the resident is unable to move in.

SUPPORT SERVICES/SERVICE ASSESSMENTS

For those requiring a higher level of assistance, an additional fee is charged based upon the level of support services provided to the resident. The level of care required is determined by an initial assessment at the time of move-in and again after 30 days at the community. Assessments are also done on a semi-annual basis or more often if needed.
