Residential Community Overview
We are a residential community. Our staff are caregivers and med techs that go through their proper training (online training, shadowing, then being shadowed, monthly trainings). We do have a RN that is our Health Service Director, she is here Monday-Friday.
Caregiver and Med Tech Availability
We have caregivers and med techs here 24 hours to assist with resident’s needs. Residents in assisted living wear a pendant that will alert the care team they need assistance.
Resident Acclimation and Activities
The staff makes sure the residents are being acclimated, getting to meals, inviting them to activities when they first move in, introducing them to other residents, etc.
Transportation Services
Our transportation is Monday-Friday, and within a 10 mile radius. It has to be prescheduled.
Dining at La Sevilla
Dining is in our restaurant, La Sevilla. Breakfast is 7:00-9:30, lunch is 11:00-1:30, and dinner is 4:00-6:30. We have 2 daily specials that change and a menu that is available all the time with salads, deli sandwiches, burgers, and other options.
Complaints and Concerns
Complaints would go through the specific director in the department of their complaint (dining, activities, maintenance, etc.) or our executive director.
Assisted Living Pricing
I have attached assisted living pricing to this email.
Communication with POA and Emergency Contacts
We will speak with the residents POA regarding medical or financial things that come up, residents will also fill out emergency contact info, families can call and speak with a specific team member for their specific need.
Residency Terms
We do not offer short term stays.
Pet Policy
Residents can have a cat or dog under 25 lbs. There would be a one-time $1,000 pet fee and the resident has to be able to care for their pet.
Available Accommodations
I currently have a small studio available at $3,905, a medium studio at $4,175 and a medium/large studio at $4,400 before care.
