The Meridian at Brandon - An Overview
The Meridian at Brandon is priced to include ALL utilities, (including DirectTV and WIFI), except for personal phone. We were chosen by US News and World Reports as 2024 Best Assisted Living, as well as Best Memory Care.
Included in the Base Rent
Some of the items included in the base rent are: 3 chef-prepared restaurant-style meals daily in your choice of dining venues with waited table service and open dining hours; weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry service; scheduled transportation; a full schedule of Life Enrichment Program activities, events, and classes; and much more.
Amenities at The Meridian
Meridian residents will have full use of all amenities offered at this “Best-in-Class” retirement community: Skyline Piano Bar/Lounge; Library/Computer Suite; Hair and Nail Salon; Card Room; Art Studio; Activity Center; Fitness Center with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies available, as well as exercise programs; Media Center (Theater) and Chapel. There is so much more to enjoy!
Aging in Place
One of the most important realities at The Meridian at Brandon is our approach to “aging in place”. At The Meridian at Brandon, once a resident moves into our independent supportive living or assisted living apartment home, they do not have to move should they need increased assisted care, as ALL of our apartments are licensed for assisted living for when and if our residents require assistance. We bring the care to our residents: in their apartment home. We have 4 levels of assisted living, and we have a nurse and resident care team scheduled, 24/7.
The only time a resident should have to relocate to another assisted living “neighborhood” on our campus, within the same building, is if they develop the need for a secure assisted living memory care setting. That is where we offer our Montessori Moments in Time ™ Memory Care – right on campus!
Memory Care
There are no levels of care added to Memory Care – it is an all-inclusive monthly rent.
There are 3 different floor plans for Memory Care (I included these in the attachment entitled floor plans – they are the last 3 in the attachment).
