Waitlist Availability
Yes, we currently have a waitlist for 2 Bedroom apartments.
Staff and Training
Our staff includes RN’s, LPN, and CNA’s. All employees are enrolled in Lifespark School, a continuing corporate education/skills program. Mandatory Continuing Education Credits are required, and staff also have access to industry-leading educational programs via seminars & conferences.
Safety and Well-being Measures
The Landmark is a 69 apartment community with 14 secured memory care suites. All doors are electronically monitored. Staff undergo extensive training on communicating with seniors at all levels of cognitive ability. Fire and emergency drills are scheduled per industry standards.
Transition Support Services
Landmark has a welcoming committee consisting of current residents to assist with the transition to a new home environment. All staff are scheduled to meet with new residents to familiarize them with the available resources and team members.
Transportation Services
Yes, frequent outings are scheduled by the Life Enrichment team. Metro Mobility also has scheduled services.
Dining Experience
Three chef-prepared meals per day are provided, along with an alternative menu for residents needing different choices. All dietary needs are addressed individually.
Complaint Resolution Process
The Landmark has a process for completing a form to identify areas of improvement. All directors have open door policies, and line staff are encouraged to bring any issues to attention.

$3,500 -$4,750 for rent and $400 – $6,500 for additional care depending on needs.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication with family members is welcomed anytime regarding Independent Living, with resident approval. For assisted living, specific care information is communicated only with the POA.
