MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES
Three meals daily plus complimentary snacks, weekly housekeeping and linen service, one load of personal laundry per week, daily resident check, 24-hour emergency communication system, coordination of care and general oversight of wellbeing, full-time RN on staff to direct and oversee care team, staff available 24-hours a day, access to temporary unscheduled service from care team, scheduled transportation, social and recreational programs, use of activity areas, routine apartment maintenance, basic cable TV, complimentary use of laundry facilities, and all utilities except telephone and private Wi-Fi (guest Wi-Fi is always available).
