Three meals daily plus complimentary snacks, weekly housekeeping and linen service, daily resident check, 24-hour emergency communication system, coordination of care and general oversight of wellbeing, full-time RN on staff to direct and oversee care team, staff available 24-hours a day, access to temporary unscheduled service from care team, scheduled transportation, social and recreational programs, use of activity areas, routine apartment maintenance, basic cable TV, complimentary laundry service, and all utilities except telephone.

We have a full-time RN on staff 24 hours and certified home health aides who undergo continual training throughout their employment.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Each resident in Assisted Living is given an emergency pendant and can be located anywhere on our premises. Our doors close from the outside in, and we have a secured unit for our memory care residents. All visitors and residents must sign in and out at the front desk whenever entering or leaving the community.
Transition Support Services
Our entire staff is part of the transition process, and we communicate with the family to ensure the resident's level of need is being addressed.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for local doctor appointments and organized bus trips to local businesses.
Dining Experience
We have full-service dining featuring seasonal menus and healthy choices, snacks throughout the day, and a Bistro and hospitality bar.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
The resident can approach any staff member at any time with a complaint, and it will be addressed appropriately with the department head. The resident can either report to the front desk in person or by phone.
Cost of Living
The cost varies depending on the studio or apartment chosen. Studios begin at $6,195; 1 Bedrooms begin at $7,595; 2 Bedrooms begin at $9,495. Added to the monthly rental is the Level of Care, which depends on the resident's assessed level, starting at $500 through level 9 at $3,400. An additional (one-time) Community/Residency Fee of $3,700 is also charged.
Communication with Resident's Families
Communication with families is on an as-needed basis, via face-to-face, mail, or email and is encouraged. The well-being of their loved ones is key.

Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our pet fee is a one-time fee of $750, and the resident must be able to care for the needs of the pet (walking, feeding, litter changing, etc.).
