I had considered this facility for my Elderly mother. The facility was highly recommended by a Friend who had A positive experience with her father’s rehab. I toured the facility spoke to some staff members and I was impressed. It wasn’t until I had encountered a woman named Debra that interrupted another staff member while speaking to me and was totally rude and obnoxious. It was almost as if she had a superiority complex. It was at that moment I decided the facility would not be an option as I was worried about the treatment my mother will receive. It was very sad. The entire staff was lovely But I am glad I experienced Debra before subjecting my mother to her
