Once an apartment and move-in date have been agreed upon, the resident is responsible for payment up to 30 days even if the move-in is canceled or changed for any reason. The $500 waitlist reservation fee is refundable if the cancellation is prior to agreement of a specific apartment.

The Keystones of Cedar Rapids Memory Program, Holistic Harbors, focuses on connection rather than loss. Enrichment activities are carefully chosen to connect with each resident's interest, and preserve skills that remain. Keystone communities are customized to provide each memory care resident with: physical exercise, cognitive exercise, stress management, meaningful social and individual engagement, multisensory activities, and the mind diet.
