This place has been absolutely WONDERFUL for mom. They have worked miracles and more to come. They treat everyone with respect and the program addresses every part of the resident's life. I'm amazed at this facility and the results we've seen. This is so much more than I ever hoped for and my mom absolutely loves it there!
I have the privilege of working here. The concept is amazing. The neighbors in the cottages are happy and content. They enjoy visiting with one another in the hearth room as well as all the visitors. If you are looking for a unique place for your loved one come check us out. They each have their own private room and bathroom, a coffee bar in each cottage, communal dining area, double fireplace, large sitting area in the hearth room and can participate in whatever they choose.
My mom passed about one short week before everyone moved into the cottages. I wish she could have moved into the new cottages so much. She was looking forward to it. I had a relative working there and had toured it sveral times. It is a beautiful facility. I just want to add a few things. No matter the facility, old and ratty or new and beautiful, the care my mom received while staying there was the best around. Mom was happy, safe, cared for, loved, and treated special every single day. Congratulations to the staff and patients on getting into your new facility.
