Availability and Waitlist
We do have a wait list; however, I am not able to give a time frame as to when an apartment may be available. I currently have a studio apartment and a female shared suite available in Assisted Living, and a Private Apartment available in Memory Care.

Professional Staff and Training
Our Director of Nursing is an RN. We have LPN supervisors for both Assisted Living and Memory Care. We also have CMA’s and CNAs on our resident services staff.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All our Assisted Living residents receive a pendant to wear upon move-in. The pendant works like a life-alert system, but only notifies our resident services staff when activated by the resident.
We offer several levels of care, depending on the needs of the residents. The Level Two provides 2-hour checks around the clock.
The entry/exit doors to the Assisted Living portion of the building are locked at night and are unlocked each morning when the first shift arrives.
Our Memory Care Unit is a Locked, secured unit, only accessible via a door code.
We have staff in the building 24 hours a day.
Transition Support Services
We are a close knit, family-like community. It is our goal to help new residents transition as easily as possible. We have a full-time chaplain who is available to talk with and minister to all residents, as the need arises. Our management team has an open-door policy, and we interact with all residents throughout the day to ensure that they are comfortable and that their needs are being met. We enlist the services of a Home Health Agency if we feel that a resident would benefit from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation to and from medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we require one week’s notice to be added to the transportation schedule. We only drop off and pick up residents. We do not attend the appointment with them.
Dining Experience
We offer three meals per day, and we have a variety of food items to choose from. Meals are included in the monthly rate. Residents make their meal selections each day by filling out a meal ticket.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We have monthly resident council meetings where concerns and issues can be discussed. Residents are also encouraged to speak directly with a member of management regarding any concerns. In addition, we have a suggestion box available for anyone who wants to suggest something or share a concern.
Communication with Residents' Families
Once again, we are a close-knit community/ministry, and are in communication with our family members all through the week, keeping them updated on any changes or concerns that we have regarding their loved one. We use the EVERBRIDGE notification system to alert family members of any updates regarding the community or any upcoming happenings within the community.
Short-term or Respite Stays
No, we do not.
Pet Policy
We allow pets to visit, but they cannot live in our building.
Vaccinations
We do offer the Flu vaccination in the fall for those residents who wish to receive it. We do not administer Covid vaccines.
Aging in Place
It is our desire that residents age in place if possible. Often, our residents will partner with a Hospice team to provide the extra layer of care needed as their health declines. Partnering with Hospice allows us to stay within state regulations.
