Memory Care:
- Semi-private Studio, 188 sq. ft. - $4,995 plus care cost
- Private, 376 sq. ft. - $6,995 plus care cost
I have attached the care cost assessment. Please note on the front page it shows there are 1,368 points and are included in the rent fee for assisted living. So go through the assessment add the points that apply to you, total and subtract 1,368 from the number of points and multiply $0.55 per point over 1,368. We do not have a wait list for our Stratford Studios or our Nottingham one bedroom, as well as some of our larger one-bedrooms.

The Fountains has been an icon in the community for over 30 years and we are best known for our care, activities, and our food. As part of our Community Life program, we offer free transportation to local doctor appointments, shopping, restaurants, and even the movie theater.
