Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes a range of professionals who are required to maintain their training according to their license requirements. Additionally, we provide monthly training for all employees on critical topics such as HIPAA, infection control, resident rights, and Dementia care, among others.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All residents are overseen by an LVN 24/7. To ensure safety, our facility's entrance door is locked from 8PM to 8AM.
Transition Support Services
Assistance with the transition into our community is provided, tailored to meet specific needs upon request.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services through our company van and have contracts with ambulance transport services for our residents.
Dining Experience
Residents are provided with three meals a day, along with snacks available in between. Juice and coffee machines are accessible 24/7, and hot and cold sandwich options are offered as alternatives to lunch or dinner menu items.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our social worker ensures resident rights are maintained, and grievance forms are promptly followed up upon by our Administrator and/or Director of Nursing Services.
Cost of Living
Daily room rates are $300 for a private room and $250 for a semi-private room.
Communication with Residents' Families
We provide quarterly care plans to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being, with more frequent updates available upon request.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Short-term or respite stays are available, with the same room rates as mentioned above and a 5-day minimum stay requirement.
Pet Policy
While we welcome pet visitors with joy, we cannot accommodate permanent pets within our community.

We currently have a waitlist, with no Medicaid availability at this time.

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
