After suffering a stroke, we thought this would be an appropriate place for my mother to get much needed therapy. It was an absolute horrible experience for her. The staff are neglectful in their care. The food is disgusting. After one week of being there, she had only one therapy session in total. Please do not allow your loved one to spend even one day in this facility.
This facility lacks in efficient communication and is dishonest about what they can offer. At registration for my mother’s rehabilitation treatment as stay at the facility, we asked if they had an on site dietician. They responded that they did, however, after a week of asking for a call and finally speaking to a consultant, the dietician was out on maturity leave. My mother needed her preferences changed and yet no one at the facility had the ability to complete the request and we got the run around and empty promises. The case worker that handled my mother’s case was fake and unhelpful in ensuring the best care for my mother while she was in the facility and upon her exit. This is not a facility I’d recommend to any family.
