Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have visiting doctors, RNS, LPN’s, Care Aids, Med Tech’s etc. We can get more in depth in person.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have a concierge at the front desk 24/7 and cameras.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have an orientation, we can talk more about this when you see the community and meet our Directors.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We have a car service that can take residents where they’d like to go within 5-7 miles of the community.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Three meals a day served restaurant style plus a social at 3pm.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They would defer to our case manager or Executive Director.
What is the cost of living in your community?
We can go over rates in person.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have care plan meetings and open communication between the staff and families.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, we’ll discuss in person.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We are pet friendly; however, the resident must be able to care for the pet and it has to be under 15 lbs.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We set up flu clinics and vaccination clinics.
