Dogwood Two Room Suite $8,500 (Dogwood price includes second person)

Rates are based on single occupancy. Double occupancy is an additional $800 monthly (with the exception of the Dogwood).

The Monthly Rate Includes:

• Three meals per day and snacks available all day
• Assistance with medications
• Two assisted baths or showers per week
• Two-hour safety checks
• Housekeeping
• Changing of linens and personal laundry
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Cable television
• WiFi in the common areas
• All utilities except telephone service

The First Month’s Rate

A refundable Security Deposit that is equal to one month’s fee, a non-refundable community fee and prorated rent for the first month of occupancy is required.

Respite Care

The Respite Stay program at Bridgewater Assisted Living may be available if your loved one is not ready to return home after a short-term stay at a rehabilitation or nursing care center, if you need a break from being a full-time caregiver, or if you would like to try assisted living for your family member.

Respite Care Rate: $175 per day (subject to availability)

Personal Care Plan II....... $348/month

• Assistance with or supervision of medications AND assistance with up to two of the following services:
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Dining assistance with verbal cueing
• Bathing assistance (hands-on assistance) three times per week
• Monitoring of incontinence
• Escort to meals/activities
• Moderate assistance with transferring (two-handed assist)

Personal Care Plan III...... $488/month

• Assistance with or supervision of medications AND assistance with up to three of the following services:
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Dining assistance with verbal cueing
• Bathing (hands-on assistance) three times per week (more than three per week will be contracted separately)
• Incontinence care
• Escort to meals/activities
• Assistance with transferring (two-person assist)

Extended Congregate Care............. $656/month

• Assistance with or supervision of medications AND assistance with up to six of the following services:
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Dining assistance with verbal cueing
• Bathing (hands-on assistance) three times per week (more than three per week will be contracted separately)
• Incontinence care
• Escort to meals
• Assistance with special diet
• Moderate assistance with transferring (two-person assist)
• Frequent assessment of skin integrity
• Dressing changes (i.e. sutures, skin tears, etc.)
• Respiratory care (i.e. updrafts)
• Injections
• Specialized medications (medications requiring judgment by a licensed professional)

Respite Care

The Bridgewater is pleased to offer Respite Care. This short-term stay is for those that are in need of a safe and loving care environment. Respite allows you to recover after rehab, minor surgery or the option to give their caregivers a break. The amenities included will allow you to experience assisted living at its best.

Respite rate includes:

• Bathing assistance twice per week
• Personal alert system
• Two hour safety checks
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
• Bed linens and towels
• Activities
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Snacks and coffee available 24 hours

• Wi-Fi in the common areas
• Utilities
