Overview of Professional Staff and Training
In our Independent Living, we have associates trained in food service, activities programs, fitness training, and administration. In Assisted Living and Memory Care, we employ RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Medication Technicians, and Resident Assistants. Our Maintenance team includes specialists in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. All associates at the Brennity undergo continuing education on HIPAA, Bloodborne pathogens, and Dementia and Alzheimer's, which is extensive and repeated annually.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our buildings are equipped with impact-resistant windows, block construction, and underground electrical systems. We have protocols for infectious disease approved by AHCA and comply with all state and federal laws regarding resident safety.
Resources for Transitioning Residents
In Independent Living, resident ambassadors welcome and acclimate new residents. In Assisted Living, CNA’s and the Lifestyles department assist new residents and involve them in activities.
Transportation Services
We offer scheduled transportation to grocery stores, banks, Walmart, Target, etc., and provide transport to doctor’s appointments when arranged in advance.
Dining Experience
Independent Living residents receive two meals per day in a social dining room setting. Assisted Living residents enjoy three meals per day in their own dining area.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can address grievances to our administration or seek assistance from an Ombudsman assigned to our community for resolution.

The cost varies between Independent Living and Assisted Living.
Communication with Residents' Families
In Independent Living, we communicate with families if a resident is declining. In Assisted Living, our nursing staff frequently updates families on their loved ones' well-being and is available around the clock for inquiries.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term Respite in Assisted Living for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days at $185 per day, including all levels of care, meals, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and electricity.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet-friendly with certain size restrictions and insurance stipulations. Residents must be able to care for their pets independently. There is a Pet Fee of $500 and a monthly pet rent of $50.

We have a waitlist for specific floor plans or locations, but we also have availability in all areas of our community.
